FAQ

How does billing work?

We'll charge you on the 1st of each month for the usage of the previous month. All services are billed down to the second or hour to make sure you only pay what you've actually used.

How am I able to pay?

We currently support SEPA Direct Debit and credit cards. For companies that are spending more than 2.500 EUR per month with us, we are able to enable invoice-based billing with Net 14 terms.

Do I need a payment method?

To create services you need to have a balance of > 0,00 € or a payment method we can charge. That means you could use a coupon to try out our platform without adding a payment method.

How is bandwidth charged?

Every instance comes with 1 TB of free traffic per month. Additional traffic is charged at 0,04 € per GB. Internal and inbound traffic is always free. We'll only ever charge for outbound traffic.
